The Flat & Your Room

The flat is a beautiful, recently renovated 3-bed new-build with 2 bathrooms. The highlight is definitely the rooftop terrace with incredible views over central London.
The Room: You’ll have a bright room with a double bed and a desk/chair (perfect for WFH).
The Perks: You will have your own full-door cupboard just outside your room for extra storage, plus exclusive use of the downstairs bathroom and shower (Fayz and I share the upstairs one).
The Location: Great for commuters!
- 15 min walk to Oval (Northern Line)
- 20 min walk to Stockwell (Victoria/Northern Line)
- 20 min cycle to Liverpool St.
About Us

Fayz (25): I’m a Scottish Software Engineer who moved to London a year ago and is desperately trying not to conform to the "Comp-Sci" stereotypes! I love electronic music, cooking, F1, traveling, and running. Always down for the pub, a day festival, or a cozy night in.
Max (24): Also an Edinburgh transplant! I work in finance and, being the younger/sexier one, I keep the ego in check. Massive F1 fan (Team Lewis) and incredibly competitive at Mario Kart (despite a lack of actual talent). I'm very social and love a flat dinner or a cheeky night out.
Who We’re Looking For

We’re looking for a sociable professional who wants a long-term home, not just a room. We have busy lives but enjoy grabbing meals or drinks together, so we’re after a friend rather than just a tenant. Ideally, you’re clean, tidy, and keen to keep the flat looking its best.
