Double room available in renovated new build

Flatmate wanted - £1030 p/m + estimated £120 bills.

Hello! We're Max and Fayz, 2 young professionals looking for a third flatmate to move in early January.

About the flat:
The flat is a 3 bed, 2 bathroom recently renovated new-build with a rooftop terrace (pictures attached, furnishings to change, room has a double bed, not a single). We'd be looking for you to move in early January if possible, but are happy to discuss other options depending on your availability. The flat has excellent connections to central london (~15 mins from Oval station, ~20 mins from Stockwell - near both northern & victoria lines) so is ideal for commuters.

About Fayz:
I’m 24, and I’m a Graduate working in Data & Analytics, having moved from Edinburgh a year ago after uni. Absolutely love music, particularly the electronic scene, alongside cooking, F1 (team Lewis) and a little Mario Kart to cool off at the end of the day (yes we have a switch).

About Max:
I also moved down from Edinburgh a year ago and now work in finance however I'm 23 so I'm way younger and sexier than Fayz. Massive F1 fan (also team Lewis) and am incredibly competitive at Mario Kart (but unfortunately lack “talent”). I'm also quite social so love a good flat dinner or pub night.

Ideally we’re looking for another young professional who’s outgoing and sociable. Despite our busy lives, we try to hang out when we can, going on nights out, having meals together etc. Additionally, cleanliness and tidiness are important to us as well.
