Lovely large double room available in a ground floor 2 bed, 2 bathroom flat. Room comes with its own bathroom (not an en-suite). There is an open plan kitchen and living room and a good sized garden which makes life in London so much better! Room and flat has a good amount of storage for a 2 bed. Garden has a big table, couch, egg chair and bbq.

Private landlord who is lovely. The flat is back off the main road (which means minimal traffic noise!) and is quite quiet.

Accessible via Stockwell (Victoria and Northern line) or Clapham North (Northern line) Room comes with the bed and wardrobe but remaining furniture is current tenants.

Would be living with a super lovely and friendly 33 year aussie female physio who has been in London for 7 years. Looking for someone to replace myself (39 year old kiwi physio) as I am moving overseas due to a job opportunity :) Ideally move in on the 26th of August but open to earlier as I could find some where to stay if needed.
