2b2b Double Room with your own bathroom

My current flatmate is moving out, looking for someone to renew the contract, I’m currently living here, ideally one year contract with the landlord (No agent)

The contract is from the 15th of October, pay monthly. The rent is around £825-850, council tax around 90 per month, electricity + gas around 40 per person, water bill doesn’t have it yet, water pay every six months. Internet currently £13 per person. One month deposit holding by the third party.

Not suitable for wfh, the house is not very soundproof. Looking for a professional which is quiet, easy to get along with, having a chat sometimes.

Transportation: Close to Oval station, walking by 12 mins, the bus stop is two minutes.
Markets: co-op, Iceland, Tesco, Morrison, Lidl
