After 2.5 years, I’m moving out of my 3 bed flat in Stockwell in January and I’m looking for someone to replace me!😊

Rent is £918.83 per month and bills are around £100. It’s available from 18th January but latest move in date could be 25th January.

The room is unfurnished, but I’m keen to sell the bed (mattress and frame).

The flat is clean and bright, split across two floors with the bedrooms and bathroom upstairs. The living room and balcony are south facing so the flat fills with sun ☀️

About the flatmates💃

You would be living with Aggi (26) and Millie (26) from Northumberland and Leicester who work in medical comms and the civil service.

We have looked after our home and have created an easy going, well looked after space to relax in after a long day at work. Most importantly we are looking for someone who is not only a flatmate but a friend too!

Location 📍

The flat is located next to the lovely Slade Gardens park and it’s just a 10 min walk to Stockwell tube station with both the Northern and Victoria lines so it’s amazingly well connected. There’s also a bus stop just outside.

We’re a 10 min walk into both Clapham North and Brixton so there’s loads restaurants, cafés, pubs and bars nearby. Our local is the Crown and Anchor just 2 minutes away! 🍻

We have a mini Tesco, Sainsbury’s and Co-op within a few minutes walk as well as a big Lidl 10 min away which is ideal.
