The flat has a large kitchen and living room, two bathrooms, and access to a huge private roof terrace overlooking the city skyline — it’s a brilliant spot for relaxing or socialising. There’s also a desk set up in the living room, which you’re welcome to use for working from home.
About the Roommates
You’ll be sharing with two professional guys who are easy-going, tidy, and sociable. They enjoy sports (both watching and playing), cooking, heading to the pub, and the occasional flat pub quiz night. It’s a relaxed and friendly home, perfect for someone looking to join a welcoming household rather than just rent a room.
Rent & Move-In Details
Rent is £1,183 pcm (before bills). Being a new build we have found bills to be very reasonable (we have rarely felt the need to turn the heating on).
The tenancy runs until September 2026. The landlord has already approved a name swap, so you’ll just need to go through a quick referencing process with Foxtons. I can be flexible about move in date if required.
