Spacious room in a central London location

Hi,

I am hoping to rent out this generous single bedroom. The room is furnished with a bed, curtains, storage and side table. The flat is clean, well organised and cosy. I am happy to have someone who wants to socialise or someone who’d rather not too. Whoever stays is welcome to use all kitchen utensils and facilities, etc.

The flat is a 3 minute walk from Loughborough junction overground station and a 10 minute walk from Brixton underground and Denmark Hill is about 20 mins walk.

There is a large balcony and pantry as well as additional storage I am happy to share.

I have a lovely dog. She is slighhtly older and very well trained so she is no trouble. She is confined to the ground floor and cannot access the upstairs area. She also attends doggy day care some days of the week so isn’t always around.

I have a weekly cleaner, so the house is always in good nick.

The room is available between Monday and Friday. The tenant is welcome to sleep here Thursday night but unfortunately I cannot accommodate anyone on Friday night.

I am laid back and pretty happy to live along any type of person.
