CONTRACT VERBALLY AGREES Fully furnished cosy double room in a really lovely house/home, situated in a quiet residential street, is available from mid June. There are three friendly and sociable professionals already living here. We're looking for someone who is quiet and tidy.

There is a spacious open plan kitchen with all modcons, utility room, living room, 2 bathrooms, 1 separate wc, storage space, street parking (permit) and large garden with bbq and decking. Broadband and all other bills are included in the rent. Brand new carpets have been fitted on the stairs and landing (wooden floors throughout the rest of the house) and decking was also recently upgraded. A cleaner comes once every two weeks to clean the communal areas, which is included in the bills. A gardener also comes two to three times a year.

Transport links to the West End, City and south are excellent. We’re not far from a few great pubs and Kennington and Myatts Field Parks are close by. Lots of new and excellent cafes are springing up on Brixton Road too and there's a great coffee shop and pizza place with proper pizza oven in Kennington Park. Excellent tennis courts are also in the park.
