The flat is a one bedroom flat converted in 2 bedrooms. Your room will be the biggest one (ex living room) with a big wardrobe, table and 2 chairs, TV and extra storage. You will share the rest of the flat (small entrance area, kitchen and bathroom) with a friendly and super clean Italian guy. Kitchen comes with big fridge, dishwasher and washing machine.

The flat is small and intimate so I’m not only looking for a Flatmate but also for a respectful, fun and tidy friend.

No pets, no smocking, no parties.

You can walk or cycle anywhere central so you won’t need any travel card. All bills are included so your monthly expense for the room will only be: 1495£ (including cleaning fees, electricity, water and council tax).
