Wonderful room in London Zone 1, really central!

Unfortunately I am moving back to my hometown, but I have the best flatmate so I am trying to find a nice person to take my room while leaving her.

Here are some details:

It’s really big, cosy and modern with a big balcony.

Every household goods and items are available and included.

The site also includes lots of stuff like: gym (even free gym classes almost everyday), sauna, steam room, spa, indoor pool, private cinema room, rooftop with a wonderful London view, private garden, common work/study area, 7/24 concierge and security.

It’s in a new building, so the bills are really not high like other buildings and divided by two of course.

Supermarkets and nice restaurants and cafes nearby. The location is really close everywhere with tube and busses or even walk to Soho, Covent garden, Fitzrovia and around…

The other room belongs to a lovely close friend of mine (girl, from Amsterdam, finishing her masters degree in Luxury Brand Management in Marangoni London, also works part-time, super chill person, 24 yo, since she has the en-suite room she is paying a lot more for her room).

The bathroom in the video will be only yours since there are two separate bathrooms.

The rent is: £1.800 per month with a contract until 15 Februari 2025 and they want it 6 months upfront. (If you want it for short term you can sublet your room to someone else when you wanna leave).

The room is available from the 15th of August but I am open to some negotiations if you wanna start moving in earlier. However, the payment should be done before the 15th of June 2024.
