Furnished with ottoman double bed, wardrobe and chest of drawers, chair, leather headboard. TV has been installed to use for Netflix etc desk table can be provided.

The kitchen is located on the floor below, it is fully equipped with washer dryer machine, microwave, cooker and oven, fridge and freezer which is shared with two other people. You will have access to a small fridge, kettle and microwave on top floor too.

To secure this room you will need to pay a holding deposit of £200. Total deposit is £1000. The balance of the deposit £800 is payable on the day you move in before you move in. The rent is payable pro rata in advance
