Hello! I’m looking for someone to share this 2b2.5ba amazing flat with me in a modern apartment block with a concierge right in the heart of Soho. The location couldn’t be better - you’re on the vibrant Wardour Street, but triple glazing from giant windows means it’s a quiet light-filled oasis. You’d have your large bedroom with its own ensuite bathroom (and your own deep bath!). The place is fully furnished, with a washer/dryer, dishwasher, great internet and a well-stocked kitchen. There’s even underfloor heating and aircons in every room, and decent built-in storage. You'd pay £2100pcm and your share of the bills.

I’m a 30 year old creative from Hong Kong working at the BBC. I love chill evenings in front of the tv, drinking lots of loose leaf tea, and trying new restaurants. I’m not a partier; I mainly cut loose by playing board games and going to museums.

Available from first week of September - no short stays please. Ideally you’re looking to stay for a year, and you’re comfortable with a no-shoes household - got to keep the place nice and clean!
