I’m looking for a new flatmate to share my peaceful, well-kept flat in the heart of Soho. I’ve lived here for a year and absolutely love the space - it’s quiet, central, and feels like a calm retreat from the buzzing city.

This would suit someone who values a clean, quiet home and isn’t into hosting parties or loud gatherings. I’m calm, considerate, and respectful of personal space, and I’d really appreciate living with someone who’s similarly trustworthy, kind, and mindful of shared living.

About the flat:
- Prime Soho location, close to public transport (including Central, Elizabeth, Piccadilly, Victoria Line), cafes, pubs, museums etc. (the world is your oyster around the corner)
- 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, shared kitchen, shared hallway (with multiple closets), large shared living room
- access to communal rooftop with amazing views
- The room is furnished, with natural light and a cozy vibe (incl. bed, desk, closet, chest of drawers etc.) and ca. 20 sqm
- Rent and bills are reasonable for the area (happy to share details) but the rent is to be paid six months in advance as per the tenancy agreement (applies to me as well)

I work in legal and business affairs within the creative industries and just completed my LLM here in London.
