I'm looking for a responsible and friendly female flatmate to join me in a spacious 2-bedroom flat in the heart of Soho. The location is unbeatable - just steps from the Central, Elizabeth, Piccadilly, and Victoria lines, with cafés, pubs, museums, and everything London has to offer right around the corner. The flat is incredibly quiet considering the location - situated on a pedestrian street with no bars/clubs or pubs.

The flat includes:
- 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom
- A shared kitchen, hallway with multiple closets, and a large living room
- Access to a communal rooftop with stunning views

The room is furnished, circa 20 square meters, with natural light, a cozy vibe, a bed, a desk, a closet, and a chest of drawers. There are also two lamps (table and reading lamp) as well as a side table.

Rent and bills are reasonable for the area (happy to share details), but please note: rent is paid six months in advance as per the tenancy agreement - this applies to me as well.

A bit about me: I work in legal and business affairs within the creative industries and recently completed my LLM here in London. I’ve been living in this flat for a year already and absolutely love it - it’s quiet, well-managed, and feels like home. I’m clean, respectful, and value a calm, considerate living environment.
