Flat In Early 18C Soho House

First I am a live in landlord but there isnt a box to tick for that.
This is a self contained flat on my third floor plus two attic rooms. It comprises:
1. Kitchen/breakfast room (dishwasher; tumble dryer, fridge freezer, gas hob/electric oven, washing machine, extract fan) with triple doors leading to...
2. Dining room leading to...
3. Sitting room with a sliding door between and 31' long;
4. Attic bedroom;
5. Attic bathroom with bath shower and lavatory.
It's about 800 square feet and very light & airy. It has gas central heating & the windows were recently draught-proofed.
As it's within my early 18c house it's only suitable for a quiet lodger who does not have 'casual' visitors. Security is essential as it is within a house.
