Hi! I'm looking for someone to take over my lease in a 2-bed apartment in Marylebone (W1). The apartment is situated in between Edgware Road Station, Marylebone, and Baker Street - so you have access to approx 6 different tube lines: District, Hammersmith & City, Circle, Jubilee, Northern, Bakerloo.

Rent: £1,525 🏠
Bills: Approx. £120-150 (incl. council tax)🧾

You'll be right in the middle of the action with a very active pub 2 mins away on the same street (great for an after work pint), a cafe right opposite you can grab your morning coffee, and a list of restaurants 5 minutes away on the main street.

You'll be sharing the flat with my friend, a 26 year old spanish male. He's the most kind and funny guy you'll ever meet! You'll mostly get the flat to yourself as he has quite a tedious job which requires him to be in office most of the week.
