• Furnished, sunny double room, overlooking the garden in W10 (Queens Park/Westminster)
• BILLS INCLUDED- council tax, gas, electric, water PLUS a cleaner twice a month.
• Sharing with only one other person (male in his 30s) full time and I visit for a few days a month from abroad.
• I am a live out landlord, I work abroad and am only in London once a month or so. The other room is rented to a kind, laid-back man in his 30s.

• Large open plan kitchen and dining room
• Separate shared sitting room
• Fully equipped and furnished
• 3 bedrooms (only 2 rented)

The Area:
• 1 minutes walk from buses into Central London and other areas. Queens Park tube station (bakerloo line and overground, zone 2) is a 10-15min walk.
• Kensal Rise overground is a 10min walk. You can also take a 5-10min bus to Ladbroke Grove tube station.
• The house is a 5min walk to the canal, and 15-20min walk to Portabello Road market. 15mins on a bus takes you to Westfield shopping centre.
