Bright Room In Spacious Flat Near Portobello

We are looking to share this beautiful flat with either an individual or couple.

The house is only 7min walking distance from either Latimer road or Ladbroke grove station with the Hammersmith and City as well as the Circle line. Tesco and Sainsbury's are in close vicinity as well as many local shops, gyms and the famous portobello road.

The flat has a spacious cosy living room with TV, vinyl player, Netflix and Amazon prime to hang out in. Fully equipped clean kitchen that we enjoy cooking in.
Bathroom with natural light and roomy shower with nice water pressure.
We also have a large garden which is amazing to spent some summer days and evenings in, which you have access to via your room (through a large window).

The bright room is around 13m², furnished with a double bed, under bed storage, a clothing rack, a dresser and a small sink.


The pictures of the flat might look a bit unpersonal since there the ones provided by our landlord from before it was occupied, all looks a bit more friendly now, so you should definitely come see it in person ;)
We are a couple with German and Canadian Nationality, one working as a data analyst the other one currently applying for PhD positions. We're friendly, tidy, easy going, the usual stuff... like to enjoy some time at home, go out for a beer or some nice food.

We'd like to find someone likeminded to share our beautiful home with, keeping it nice and cosy, maybe hanging out together from time to time but also respecting each others space.
