Lovely en suite available in Queens Park!

Hi there! I'm looking for someone to takeover my room in a Queen's park, replacing me on the current lease which extends until July 2021, with the possibility to renew. Ideally, the new tenant will takeover the lease by the end of February, but early to mid-March may be feasible.

The three bedroom flat is situated just a short walk from Queens Park, and loads of cute shops/restaurants/bars on Salsbury Road. The flat itself is newly renovated, with three floors and a beautiful terrace.

The listed room takes up the uppermost floor, with a gorgeous private bathroom. The room and the bathroom are well-lit by windows that are fitted into the slanted walls (shown in the accompanying pictures). The room is furnished with a bed frame and mattress, and has a surprising amount of storage space - a big closet at the side of the bed, and a cabinet facing the bed. I'm currently using that bit for my television (also shown in accompany photo) but it's quite deep, with two large shelves). There's also room for a chest of drawers if need be!

The current flatmates, Rosie and Fergie, are two professionals in their late 20s, both truly lovely humans! Looking for someone who is chill, friendly, down-to-earth - the usual :)

The common space is beautifully decorated by Rosie (pics coming soon) with updated kitchen appliances (dishwasher and laundry), a dining room table, couch and TV.

There are currently two kitties in the house, one of which is mine so he'll be coming with me when I relocate.

The flat is situated just a short walk from Queen's park station (bakerloo and overground lines). It's also within walking distance from Kensal Rise and Brondesbury Park on the overground.
