I am urgently looking to transfer a 51 week tenancy agreement at Portobello Garrow House (student only accomodation).

Details:

I have reserved there a bed in Bronze Twin Studio starting from 17th September 2022 to 09 September 2023.

GBP 190 per week (all bills included).

Room is only for male students and is shared with another male masters student.

Twin Studio measuring 18m² with two comfy ¾ beds.
There’s also a handy wardrobe for all your belongings, and 100Mbps WIFI throughout the building with own kitchenette.

Room has cooker, fridge, microwave, desk area, bed, ensuite.
