Hi I'm trying to transfer my tenancy to someone due to leaving the UK.
The tenancy ends on the 23rd of August in 2025, and the tenancy can ONLY be transfered to a student for the next consecutive 11 months! All bills included.
The room is on the 4th floor and facing the canal, at about 17-18m² in size, furnished. It has it's own en-suite bathroom and a kitchen area . I have left all the eletric home appliances in there (vacumn machine, fan, PC monitor, etc.) You also have access to the gym, laundry, gaming area in the building.
I booked the property with London Nest, and can transfer the tenancy by their official process.
