I’m renting out a 2 furnished rooms in a lovely flat located in Zone 2 (W10 4JH). The flat includes a living room, kitchen, 1 bathroom, and a balcony.

📍 Location:
The area is well connected, with easy access to public transport. Nearby stations include Queens park station, Westbourne Park (Circle & Hammersmith & City lines) and Ladbroke Grove (Circle & Hammersmith & City lines), both just a short walk away. You’ll also find supermarkets, cafes, and local shops close by. Portobello Road and Notting Hill are also within easy reach.

👩 Preference:
I’m preferably looking for a female flatmate.

Ideally for 1 year, but I’m open to discussing shorter-term options.
