I live near Queen’s Park in a 3-bedroom flat, and unfortunately one of our roommates is moving back home, so we have a room available.

A bit about us: I’m from Colombia, currently studying a Master’s in Film & Television and working part-time. My flatmate María is from Spain and is doing a Master’s in Cancer Research. We both work part-time in hospitality.

At home, we have a really friendly and relaxed atmosphere. We enjoy spending time together watching shows, and occasionally having breakfast or dinner together, but we also really value our own space and independence. We actually met on SpareRoom and have become very close friends, we even ran a half marathon together!

We’re looking for a friendly, clean, and easygoing girl who’s happy to be part of a sociable but respectful home.

A furnished room in a lovely flat with a living room, kitchen, 1 bathroom, and a balcony. For privacy reasons, the photos are from before we moved in, but we’re very happy to send a video privately, the flat is actually more spacious in real life!

📍 Location:
The flat is in a great area with excellent transport links. Queen’s Park station is just an 8 minute walk away. There are plenty of supermarkets, cafés, pubs, and local shops nearby. Portobello Road and Notting Hill are very close, and the area is peaceful while still being very central. There are also lots of parks and canals nearby, plus a gym within walking distance.
