For short (1-3 months) = £1400

-Cute, bright room with generous wardrobe

Kitchen has dishwasher, washing machine, gas hob & blender & Instant Pot. NO microwave. If you want a place with a microwave, this is not for you.
Living room has TV (only standard channels as no one seems to watch TV these days! And I never use it.).
I often use for handstand/movement practice and one yoga client per week.
About you:
Single persons only.
Ideal roomie is fun, mature, tidy, free spirited, quiet and considerate, takes care of themselves, is active, loves animals and has no allergies.
You love to experience what London has to offer and want a home (away from home..?) to come back to after lots of exciting adventures (or a day at work).
Professionals or med students only. Great for flight attendant, medic, lawyer, teacher; someone who may just want a pied a terre in London while your main life is elsewhere.
You like to help around the house and will share the chores like putting out bins, and clean up after yourself.
Male or female of any orientation.
You’re welcome to invite friends round for relaxed dinners/tea.
It helps if you like cats. One is a beautiful bimbo and the other is plotting his demise.
Smokers need not apply.
About me:
originally South African (grew up here) I am a performer, life coach and yoga teacher (not the hippy kind) so my hours are irregular and I’m out most evenings, and in and out throughout the day; I do online coaching sessions from home, too.
Because of my work, often I get home late and can be a bit antisocial when I’m tired. But when I’m not tired I’m fun to be around (if I do say so myself!).
When I’m at home I like to cook, practice handstands and other movement, make audition tapes and the odd video for Instagram, and relax by scrolling through the 'gram. I seldom have guests but that doesn't mean you can't.
I am very physically active with handstand training, aerial hoop, Parkour, & flying trapeze. I don’t drink coffee or alcohol but I make up for it with chocolate.
At home I am conscious of noise I make so as not to disturb my flattie and I ask the same in return (although the cats don't give a sh*t).
I am sociable but like to have my own space too. And I understand if you want to be left alone, or if we’re both making dinner but neither feels like chatting. Or maybe we’ll have an interesting discussion about life, human behaviour and personal development. Either way, all fine.
I like to have a fun, light atmosphere in the house. When we are both home, it’s nice to have a chinwag & giggle and perhaps have 'family dinner' on the rare night I'm home for it.
My boyfriend stays over 1-2 nights/week and I stay at him 1-2 nights. He is French and we speak French together. I also speak a bit of Italian and Spanish, if that may help you feel at home. But now I’m just showing off. I might ask you to feed cats occasionally if I sleep at my boyfriend's place.
The house is located:
8 mins walk from Queens Park tube & M&S
12 mins walk from Kensal Rise Overground
Round the corner from Fierce Grace Yoga, Yogaloft & Paradise bar,
10 mins walk to big Sainsbury's
5 mins from Moberley sports centre.
10 mins from Salisbury Rd with all its restaurants and shops.
15 minute walk to Portobello Road.
6 minute walk from Tesco Express
I’m very much looking for the right person I can gel with so if you’ve read this far, maybe it’s you.
