High quality appliances, TV's and fast full fibre optic broadband are throughout the house.

Conveniently located at fifteen minutes walk from Notting Hill in zone 1, you will be also ten minutes from Shepherd's bush (Westfield), Portobello market and Holland Park.

You will have plenty of public transport options, all within walking distance.

Coop, Waitrose and Lidl supermarkets are all nearby.

The apartment is located in a very quiet small block of flats.

Rent is only £1095pcm. A fixed monthly payment of £250 will cover bills for Council tax, Water, TV licence, Internet, Electricity and gas{within reason).
So the total will be £1345pcm, all inclusive.

The first payment will have to cover until the end of January.
A further payment of £800 for a security deposit will be required.
It will be returned to you in full upon handing back of keys, and house being well looked after.

The place will have to be professionally cleaned on your last few days of stay.
