Short-let of a beautiful, cosy one-bedroom apartment, tastefully furnished and spotlessly clean.

Available 15 December to 19 March.
Shorter stays are fine, but the full period must be paid.

The flat has a small bedroom with a very comfy double bed, a bright and spacious living room, a bathroom with shower (no bathtub), a well-equipped kitchen, and a balcony overlooking a lovely garden.
High-quality appliances, smart TVs, and fast full-fibre broadband throughout.

Fantastic location: 10 minutes’ walk to Shepherd’s Bush (Westfield), Portobello Market, and Holland Park. Excellent transport links, all walkable. Co-op, Waitrose, and Lidl are close by.

The flat sits in a very small block, with elderly neighbours, so I’m looking for someone very respectful, very quiet and very tidy.

Rent: £1,095 per month
Bills: £250 per month fixed ALL included
Total: £1,345 per month.
First payment will cover up to the end of January.

A security deposit of £800 is required, and will be returned to you in full, upon handing back of keys, and house being well looked after.
Professional standard cleaning is required at the end of your stay

No couples, no parties, no pets, no extra furniture, no benefits, no smokers.

Storage space is limited, unfortunally—think two or three large suitcases, at most.
