If you need the place for a shorter period within these dates, that's fine but you will still be required to pay for the full period.

TV's, high quality appliances and fast fibre optic broadband are throughout the house.

Conveniently located at fifteen minutes walk from zone 1, ten minutes walk from Shepherd's bush (Westfield shopping centre), Portobello market and Holland Park.
You will be spoilt for choice of public transport options, all within walking distance.
Coop supermarket, Waitrose and Lidl are all nearby.

The apartment is located in a very quiet small block of flats.

Rent is only £995pcm. A fixed monthly payment of £250 will cover bills for Council tax, Water, TV licence, Internet, Electricity and gas{within reason).
So the total will be £1245.
The first payment will have to cover until the end of January.

A further payment of £800 for a security deposit will be required. It will be returned to you in full upon handing back of keys, and house being well looked after.
The place will have to be professionally cleaned on your last few days of stay.

Do not apply if you have pets, any furniture or much luggage .
Keep in mind that storage space is limited to the wardrobes and a chest of drawers, as shown in the bedroom's photo.
