We're friendly and considerate flatmates and we're looking for a like-minded individual who appreciates a clean and tidy space and respects privacy.

Rent per month is £850 plus £100 for bills - total £950

The available room has ample space and comes furnished with a large double bed (mattress included), a huge wardrobe and a chest of drawers. Has large double windows which make it very light too.

There is a fully equipped kitchen which is also home to the brand new washing machine! (will add photos shortly!)

The large and spacious living room has a TV, two sofas and dining table. There is also storage space if needed.

There is a well-maintained bathroom complete with a shower and toilet. Additionally, there is also a separate loo.

Central Line and overground are a five minute walk away. Circle Line and Hammersmith & City is also about 8 minutes. You can get anywhere in London with ease from here.
