Notting Hill Flatshare

Hi! I am leaving my notting hill flat to move in with my boyfriend, and I am looking for someone to take my place. I’ve been here for a year and a half. The landlord is a friend of mine, she bought the flat and completely renovated it during COVID. It’s such a homey space as you can see, I’ve really loved my time here and will be sad to leave!
The flat is 5 minutes from portobello road and is super convenient for transit and a cute area.
She has a very sweet frenchie who lives in the apartment too (photo attached) so must love dogs!
I am looking to move at the end of August, so likely early September move in. Rent is 1300 all inclusive of bills and everything. She’s looking for someone who can sign a year long lease minimum, so if that sounds like you please let me know if you’d like more info and to set up a call to meet the landlord/flatmate!!
