Dog Lover Room West London Close to Central Line

I have a room to rent in my spacious Duplex from early October. My current housemates are leaving and I'm looking for a new housemate. The pictures are mostly from the previous tenant. I would love someone who appreciates keeping things clean and tidy :)

You'll be living with me and my really friendly Maltese dog Stitch. Ideally the new housemate is a dog lover, I take full responsibility for him but you are free to treat him as your own if you ever want to take him for walks or have cuddles with him!

The room has a double bed and a cupboard but is not fully furnished.

My interests include health and fitness, cooking, animals, socialising, languages, travel and music.
I would love to live with someone I can get on well with but also enjoys their own space.

I work as a full time Pilates instructor and use the living room for a few hours a day for private clients. This is mostly during the day but the occasional evening (never more than 3-4 hours a day). The kitchen is fully accessible during this time, but my new housemate should be comfortable with that and happy to not need the living area in these hours. The rest of the time the living room is free.
