Cozy Studio near Holland Park

Hi everyone,

I’m looking for someone (can be both students and professionals) to take over my contract for a cozy studio at Yara Student – Holland Park (in Hammersmith and Fulham). It is a quite nice and chill area to live in with convenient transportation - only 10-minute walk to Shepherd's Bush Station & Sainsbury's & Waitrose & Lidl, etc. The rent period should be at least 7-8 months (ideally starting next week), and the contract can be extended forever if you are a student. The rent is 1350 pounds per month. Almost everything you need is available in the room, and there are also various facilities near the building. Students and professionals are also welcome!

Bills included, and no council tax! Both the washroom and kitchen are for private use.

Note: The booking is on a first-come, first-serve basis. A discount is applicable if you can pay all rent in one go (you can pay it in person at the reception if you are willing to visit that student property). You can also pay monthly.
