**Student Room(Studio type)In Central London

I am seeking someone to rent my room(Studio type) in a private student hall located in W11, as I will be returning to my home country. The building is conveniently situated just a 5-minute walk from Shepherd’s Bush station and Westfield London.(Zone 1.5)

**Studio Details:**
- Double-sized bed
- Private kitchen and bathroom
- Located on the second floor with a south-facing window
- 24/7 Security, free wifi

The weekly rent is £355(all costs included, no additional fee), with a contract for 26 weeks starting from 12th January 2025 to 12th July 2025.(I will move out on 8th January, so you can move in earlier if you want.)

Payment for 26 weeks is to be made at the Reception to the Hall manager when you are signing a contract. ( Sending Money to their official account or a Card payment is also acceptable.) If you wish to stay longer until September 2025 or more(no limitation for a student), that option is available.
