We have a double room available to rent in our apartment. The space includes a small living room furnished with a sofa and a dining table, a single bathroom, and a kitchen equipped with all the necessary utensils.

The apartment is conveniently located just a 10-12 minute walk from Notting Hill Gate Station (Central Line) and a 10-minute walk from Westbourne Park Station (District and Circle Lines). Public transport is accessible 24/7, with a bus stop right next to our building. Additionally, it’s only a 5-minute walk to Portobello Market, perfect for leisurely Sunday strolls and shopping.

Currently, we have two flatmates—one male and one female—but one will be leaving soon to start a new chapter in her life. We are looking for a responsible, clean, tidy, and easygoing individual who will respect the apartment rules and get along with the other flatmates.
