One double bedroom in a friendly and luxury flat

We are renting a double-room in a 2 bedrooms flat.
It's a fully furnished flat with a bright open space living room/kitchen, bathroom, private patio and storage space (attic).

The flat is situated in a very well connected area. Only 1 minute walk to Westbourne Park Station (Circle and Hammersmith line - zone 2) and to the bus stop (28, 31, 70, 7, N31, N7). Cycling distance to central London.

Close to supermarkets, pubs, bars and restaurants.

We are looking for a person or a couple (professionals or students) to share the flat with another friendly and nice couple.
The price is £1.200 per month, plus bills (£45 per person).
One month rent + deposit to be paid in advance.

The room is very cozy and warm. There is a chest of drawer and wardrobe, 2 chairs and one bedside table.
It will be available around February 2016.
