I'm looking for a professional, non-smoking female to rent a spacious double room in my two-bedroom maisonette, split over two floors, in the heart of Notting Hill.

The location is excellent:
1-minute walk to Westbourne Park Underground Station (Circle & Hammersmith & City lines)
4-minute walk to Portobello Road
Around 10 minutes to Notting Hill Gate Station (Central line) via bus routes 28, 31 and 328

I spend most of my time at another property, so you'll usually have the maisonette to yourself. I'm therefore looking for someone who is respectful, tidy and trustworthy, and who will enjoy and look after a quiet, well-maintained home.
