The room which is on the 1st floor comes unfurnished or furnished - we're flexible and can agree on something that suites you. Rent is 1100 PCM for one person and 1200 PCM for a couple + bills. Cleaner, Wifi and Sky Tv is of course included in the bills along with all other utility bills etc.
The house has got:
- 2 balconies, 1 is linked to the shared open living area and is great for brunches
- 1 small backside patio linked to the kitchen
- and is on a private road which makes it very safe and quiet
The current contract ends 23 November but we're ideally looking for someone or a couple that can stay until May 2017. Good references and stable economy are must haves to move in to this great house share.
