Bathroom has a lovely bath/shower, sink, toilet.

The other two tenants are Italian professionals looking for a person who is as house proud as them :)

FRIENDLY CARETAKER next door, to collect your packages, keep an eye on the house.

COSTs:
- 540£ per month;
- bills: roughly 50£ a month per person;
- 780 £ refundable deposit;
- one-off referencing / agency fee;

LOCATION:

- 7 min (walking) to Goldhawk Road tube station (Hammersmith and City line / Circle line);

- 15 minutes walking distance from White City Westfield shopping centre;

- walking distance to Hammersmith;

- bus stop outside the house - 94 to Piccadilly Circus and 237 to White City;

REQUIREMENTS:

- clean, tidy, respectful;
- must be a professional person, earning at least 3x their share of the rent;
(sorry no students and couples :( ! )
- character reference (you can ask a friend, it's pretty easy and fast);
- reference from any previous landlord (just to give the landlord some piece of mind);
- proof of employment and financial situation (just so the landlord can see that you are able to pay the rent);

No randoms, not a party house.
