Huge Sunny Room 3min from Shepherd's Bush station

Hello!
We are a professional couple looking for a Mon- Fri lodger in our lovely flat. We both work in the music / film industry, so are out all week days and a lot of week nights. We have busy (and loud!) jobs, so like to be quiet and chilled when we are home.
We have lived in the flat for 8 years, so it feels like a home rather than a bland sterile flat. The kitchen is very large (it has a table that can seat 8 people) so is great for cooking (not that I do much!) and is a nice place to eat a meal. The bathroom has a bath and shower, and is kept very clean. All rooms (including the storage closet) have windows, so the flat is very light.
The room for rent is the living room, so it is very large. At the moment there is a brand new bed and mattress in there, a large desk, shelves and a clothing rail. You could easily fit a small couch or arm chair plus a TV in there if you wanted. We are up for adding more things to the room, but have kept it very neutral for now. Towels, linen can be provided.
- There is central heating throughout the flat, so it's very warm in the winter
- We have fibre optic broadband.
- There is washing machine and dishwasher
- There is a bike shed in the front communal garden
- The kitchen is fully equipped
- I clean the house every weekend, so all you need to clean is your own dishes!

We are:
- 3 min walk from Shepherd's Bush tube, which has the central line (Oxford St in 12 min, Bank in 20 min), and the Overground to Clapham Junction and Stratford. There are also many buses that go from here.
- 10 min walk to Shepherd's Bush Market tube which has the Circle line and Hammersmith and City line (Paddington, Baker Street, Kings Cross, Farringdon)
- 15 min walk to Hammersmith tube that has the Piccadilly line (Heathrow, Green Park, Piccadilly Circus, Holborn,) and the District Line (Chiswick, Victoria, Westminster, Embankment, Monument)

Viewings of the room can be done before 8:40am and after 6:45 weekdays and any time on the weekends.
