The house is fully furnished, sofa, TV, table chairs etc. There is a washing machine / dryer, microwave, dishwasher, wifi / internet.
Each room has bed, sidetable, wardrobe & chest of drawers.
There is a garden with deck and BBQ, lovely to sit out in the evening and have a drink.
Cleaner comes once a week.
There is on street parking with residents permit.

Rent paid monthly in advance, deposit is one months rent.
Bills included are weekly cleaner, internet, water, council tax, gas and electricity.
