Box Room Available In Warm Family House

Only looking for females, students, art students ideal, 15 minutes from Royal college of Art and London college of fashion. Ideal also for someone working in London during the week too and wants a home away from home. Easy going, animal friendly only. i am the landlady and I live in with my three grown up kids, 22, 19 and 16. Busy house but big enough to find peace and quiet. Share of back reception room, tv, kitchen and dining room. Bathroom on the same floor as box-room and shared shower room on 2nd floor. 80 foot garden too. I have a young mini dachshund and 3 cats, so must love animals. Room cleaning available every two weeks. Thanks for looking!
