Small double en-suite room in friendly house

Hi

This is a small room with a double bed and an en-suite shower and toilet.

The room has a single wardrobe, chest of drawers and TV.

The house has a large living/ dining area, well equipped kitchen with oven, hob, microwave, fridge-freezer, dishwasher, washing machine and tumble dryer.

There is a conservatory and large garden with outdoor dining area.

Current housemates - female owner works in communications (former BBC producer) mid 50s, and a junior doctor, early 30s who lodges full time in an en-suite room.

Available for someone looking for a Monday to Friday (or similar, part-time) base in London. I would consider a reduced rent if the room is used less than four night per week.

There is an off street parking available for a small car on my driveway. If you want to park we can discuss this and agree a rate - I currently have it on a parking app and there would be an additional charge to use this.

Walking distance to Westfield, plus lots of restaurants and gyms.

Good transport links by bus and tube. Nearest tubes - East Acton (10mins) Shepherds Bush Market, Shepherds Bush (15-20 min walk or a short bus ride)

Acton Central overground is about 20 minutes walk away

Please understand that you will be living in my home and I need to feel comfortable with that so we need to meet and chat.

If interested, please message letting me know a bit about yourself. And how much you’d like the room each week. I would like to use the room sometimes when you are not around, so have priced this accordingly. I'm happy for you to leave clothes etc there but may need to use it occasionally at weekends if I have visitors. Not every week, just now and then.
