Bright Spacious Double Room Close to Hammersmith

Hi

I'm looking for someone to take my lovely double room in a big flat in the Shepherd’s Bush/Hammersmith/Chiswick area as I'm very sadly having to move out. Guys and girls welcome, aged between 23-35 years old.

Rent is £700 per month and includes all bills (council tax, gas/electric, water, TV/Internet and a weekly cleaner)

About the Room
- Available mid-May probably from 20th but can be flexible
- Fully furnished with double bed, chest of drawers, wardrobe
- Plenty of space to set up a desk for a WFH office and set up storage
- Shared large bathroom (with 2 people)

The flat is fully furnished with a large kitchen and large separate living room. On-street parking permit is available.

About the housemates.
The housemates I'm leaving are two English guys- Jonny (29) and Lloyd (27) – and a Kiwi couple – Molly (25) and Alan (27). Jonny and Molly work in sport, Alan works in IT and Lloyd is an accountant. In normal times we enjoyed getting outdoors, travelling, heading out for drinks or having a flat Sunday roast. But for now we’re very much embracing Netflix binges, watching sport (flat has full Sky and BT Sport) and Deliveroos (yes we’ve got a flat Deliveroo Plus going).

Flat is really well connected to rest of London with Central, District, Circle, H&C, Piccadilly and Overground tube lines all within walking distances. Buses outside go to Piccadilly Circus, Hammersmith, Fulham, Ealing and beyond. We're a short walk from Westfield and Hammersmith and have multiple supermarkets, post office and pubs within a few blocks. 2 min walk to Ravenscourt Park.
