A spacious double room available on the ground floor of a shared house; located on a safe and residential road.

This large room comes fully furnished with double bed, mattress (including all bedding & pillows), sofa, and plenty of fitted shelves for storage space. There are many local food shops and a pharmacy near the house too.

* Excellent transportation links *
- Tube station: VERY CLOSE to East Acton tube station (less than 1 minute walking distance!). This station is in Travel Zone 2; it takes 10 minutes to get to Westfield shopping centre (which has all the shops you will ever need!) and 25 minutes to central London.
This location is ideal for a student starting University in September/October at a central London campus (Imperial College London (EXTREMELY close), UCL , KCL, LSHTM, City University of London, University of Westminster, University of West London).
- Bus services: The bus stop is 2 minutes walking distance. There are several buses to central London and many other parts of London.
- Rail railway station: Acton Main Line is approx 20 minutes walking distance.

* Shared areas *
The large kitchen has washing machine, dishwasher, fridge, cooker, plates, cutlery, microwave, kettle, toaster and plenty of cupboard space. The bathroom is fitted with a shower and bathtub, along with a toilet.

* Current housemate *
There is one other person currently living in the house. Indian woman (my mum) who is retired from NHS healthcare work. She is a kind and caring lady. She mostly keeps to herself, but is also chatty if spoken to. Her only polite request is not to have beef or pork in the household (due to religious reasons). She is really easy going and friendly.
* Looking for *
Female postgraduate students ONLY please. A single person (no couples! & no two or more person share!). Someone clean/tidy, respectful, and friendly. No pets.
Only long-term (11 months or longer) will be considered. Will not consider short-term stays.

To secure the room, you will need to pay deposit and 1 months advanced rent. Also letter of acceptance for your postgraduate course.
