The room overlooks the front garden and has bay windows with shutters. There is a double bed, a chest of drawers, a wardrobe, a large desk and chair, bedside table with lamp and a long mirror. The bathroom and kitchen are on the same floor as the bedroom which is shared with one other person. There is a small garden adjacent to the kitchen with table and chairs. The living room is on the second floor, is spacious and light. The flat is cleaned once a week.
There are various options regarding transport; ..........five minutes walk to Goldhawk Road Station (Hammersmith and City line).........and fifteen minutes to Shepherd's Bush Central line which also has an Overground Station. Brilliant Bus connections with good services. Ravenscourt Park is close with a thriving nursery garden with a cafe, the River Thames is approximately twenty minutes walk with pubs and restaurants. The Bush Theatre is ten minutes away by Shepherd's Bush Market, and Westfieds is 15 minutes walk by Shepherd's Bush Central line. Hammersmith is approximately 15 minutes walk via Hammersmith Grove.
We're looking for a mature professional person who likes animals. There are two five year old cats, and apart from the odd cat chase, and the odd time of socially getting together, the flat has a quiet, calm energy.
