Double room in a garden flat

Hi, I have a double bedroom overlooking the rear garden with a double bed, 2x bed side tables and a large built-in wardrobe.

The flat is on the ground floor and has everything you can ask for ie washing machine, dishwasher, big fridge freezer, under floor heating in the bathroom and a rear garden where you can get plenty of sun. Living room is semi-shared, tv with Netflix.

A bit about me, I work from home every day in the architecture / interior design industry and live with my 18-month old golden retriever so it’ll be ideal if you’re into dogs.

I like to keep the house clean, tidy and quiet. I’d rather share it with a female as they tend to be tidier plus this is what I’ve been doing for several years.
