The place is pretty comfortable. You've got a shared living room, two bathrooms, and a well-equipped kitchen. Laundry's easy with the washer and dryer here.
Location's good - close to shops, pharmacies, and there are a few decent pubs nearby. Rent includes all bills, which is handy.
The other housemates are easy to get along with. It's generally a relaxed atmosphere.
