Looking for someone to take over my West London double room ASAP. It’s in White City, for £755 (excl. bills), only 5 minutes away from White City Station (central line) and Wood Lane (circle and hammersmith line. [Stations are next to each other]).
The house has a good sized living room, a big garden, a nice kitchen with a skylight, and 2 incredible sweet people called Rean and Sam.
More details:
* There will be a referencing process to swap me out of the tenancy with the potential new resident. It will include an access to you bank statements and a proof of address from the past three years. They will also ask for proof of work/employment, and all your forms of income, unless you are a student. This should go smoothly if you have a UK-based guarantor.
* I will be having the room and living room professionally cleaned before the new person moves in.
* The tenancy would end by October 5th, 2024.
