Self contained studio flat available for summer

*For student only* the property is located in the Chapter White City - next to East Acton Station.

I am looking for someone to take over the remainder of my contract for this small, self-contained studio flat at Chapter White City. The studio has everything: an ensuite bathroom and a kitchenette. There is a small gym within the building, a launderette, and a space to study, have a drink, or watch a movie. There is also a garage for bikes and a very large communal garden. The building has a 24/7 front desk concierge and is very safe and clean. The flat is on the third floor. 5 min walk to east Acton station - 20 mins walk to shepherds bush.

The date would be from around the 23rd of June until the 25th of August (about 9 weeks). As my contract is through the University of West London, they would transfer the contract, and any dealings would happen with them.

I can be be very flexible with my moving date if necessary, I can move before the 23rd of June.
