My flatmate is moving back home so I have a room available in this 2 bedroom flat in W12 from 19th of August, to sign a year long contract.
The rent is £925 plus bills (between £100-£130).
The room would be the one on the right (second one shown in the video) and it doesn’t fit a desk, so wouldn’t be suitable for WFH unfortunately.
It’s a 10 mins walk from Shepherd’s Bush Market station, 15 mins walk from Goldhawk Road station, 20 mins walk from Hammersmith and Ravenscourt Park stations.
The videos are from before we moved in but it looks pretty much the same (we don’t have a TV at the moment but more than happy to get one together).
The area is really nice, with loads of shops nearby, walking distance to Westfield, Hammersmith river and loads of cute pubs and parks.
I’m 24 and work in Victoria, usually in the office 3 days a week. I like to keep the flat tidy and clean, always up for socialising but also enjoy my own time and space.
