Beautiful large furnished double room in a quiet and peaceful area. Great location, only 10 min walk to both Stamford Brook and Turnham Green stations (District line)

Our contract runs out end of August and I need to move out already end of July as I'm moving countries. My 2 flatmates are moving out end of August, so I'm looking for someone to take my room for one month (1 August - 31 August). You can either stay for just 1 month or if you have 2 friends who would like to move in from 1 September, you can potentially agree to make a new contract with the agency. The deposit would be one month's rent regardless, which you will get back at the end of the tenancy.

The current flatmates are one female (28 y. o. / Australian) and one male (23 y. o. / British), both very lovely and chilled professionals.

It's a small flat and there's no living room but it's a nice lovely and the room is very big. I've lived in the flat for the past 6 years and have absolutely loved it!

-This room is for one person only - not suitable for couples.
-10 min walk to Stamford Brook and Turnham Green underground stations (District line).
-10 min walk to Chiswick High Street.

-18 min walk/6 min cycle to Acton Central overground station.

The blue armchair and footstool, chest of drawers and white bookcase are mine, but I'm selling them so if you are interested, we can agree on a price.
