Hi！I'm looking for someone to take over my tenancy at GradPad Wood Lane from 5th August, 2024 (the date you can move in, negotiable!)-20 September 2024.

You MUST be a full-time postgraduate student at any London University

The rent is 300 pounds a week (currently 424pw on the official site) and for that you get an incrediblyclean and furnished studio on the THIRD floor. Includes a double bed, kitchenette (able to cook full meals in), and your own toilet and bath. Also includes free access to the 24hr onsite-gym and communal lounges, security etc.

It has excellent transport links with a 5-7 minute walk to White City tube (central line), Wood Lane tube (Circle and Hammersmith line). There's also a bus stop right outside the door. Tesco M&S and Waitrose less than 10 minutes walk away. Also 10 minutes away from London’s biggest shopping mall Westfield
