Still Available Double Room In West London

I’m leaving my current flat so there is a double room available!

Based in West London - the location is amazing and has so many public transport options.

We are a 15 minute walk from the Hammersmith & City Line as well as the District Line and a 25-30 minute walk from the Central Line. We are also a 5 minute walk from the 94 bus!

We also are opposite a Sainsburys and 5 minutes from a Co-op.

Rent is £725 pcm and bills are not included. These are split throughout the flat (energy, council tax, wifi, water) and come to around £100 a month.

Deposit is 1 month rent and this is held by a Deposit Protection Scheme.

The room is furnished with a bed (with storage underneath!), chest of drawers, wardrobe and mirror. There is also a bedside table I do not need so you are welcome to have !

We have a shared living room and kitchen and have a cupboard and fridge shelf each. We share the utilities in the kitchen but of course you are welcome to bring your own!
We also have a washing machine/dryer in the kitchen.

There are 2 shared bathrooms - one with just a toilet and sink and the other also has a bath/shower.

You’ll be sharing the flat with 3 other girls - all working professionals. All very lovely and will have a chat in the shared spaces and we work together to keep the flat clean!

I will be out of the room by 7th August but you can move in any time between 7th and 245th.
