A great flat in Shepherd's Bush with generous natural light and neutral modern decor. One of the location's biggest advantages is the excellent transport links with the Central, Circle, Hammersmith & City and Overground lines all within walking distance. Because of this, living in Shepherd's Bush is definitely considered a luxury among other areas in West London.

The flat is situated on the ground floor so moving in is super easy (barely any steps into the property!) and it's just off a main road so we have the best of both worlds - not crazy busy but we can also access grocery shops and other amenities within the area very easily.

Hammersmith is a 30 minute walk away and serves as a really great epicentre to West London in terms of shopping and dining. Thames River is also a 30 minute walk which I love to go to when I need some peace and quiet. There are also many parks around the area including Ravenscourt Park, Holland Park and Hammersmith Park. White City is only a 10 minute walk away which hosts Westfield, Television Centre and The Broadcaster which is a great night out!

In terms of flat amenities, there is a washing machine, microwave oven and hob as well as a big fridge freezer. The bathroom is equipped with a bath with a shower screen installed too. There is also a TV and large dining table that is great if you're working from home. There are also plenty of storage spaces including a cupboard in each room and an under-sofa storage space.

Bills are approximately £65 a month including electricity, water and WiFi. Council tax is also £65 a month (Council Tax C)

The Rooms
The rooms are fully furnished, each with a bedside table, bed frame, mattress, full length mirror and double wardrobe. The large window fills the room with natural light but there are blinds also.
